"When Arper contemplated returning to Orgatec, 15 years after first presenting Catifa there, they suggested that we look for a way of presenting their perspective on the contemporary office of today. Orgatec is a trade fair traditionally linked with technology. Over recent years new ways of working predicated on information technology have radically changed the world of work and workspaces, the boundaries between life and work have been blurred. Arper has been addressing this transformation in an instinctive manner since the beginning of this transformation.
Their stand and the showroom at Design Post/Köln perfectly illustrate Arper’s focus on the contemporary office, in which all of the elements, from the products to the architecture (2x4), the styling (Studio Bakker) and the printed material (2x4), make for an intense and coherent narrative.”
