GEMMA FOR LELAND

As part of our ongoing Creative Direction collaboration for the American brand Leland Furniture, the Gemma Collection is our first Product Design project for the company. Gemma is a physical confirmation of the brand strategy that has been laid out over the last year. The collections is designed to reflect Leland's good natured and optimistic elegance in its welcoming gesture and crafted details. The sculpted and haptic plywood extends the limits of what is possible with traditional plywood.
Gemma is a versatile family of chairs available in three types of veneers – oak, walnut, and birch; two base types - wood and metal sled; and optional seat or seat & back pads.

In this project, Altherr Désile Park was in charge of both the product design and art direction of the photography.

GEMMA TABLES

The collection is completed with the Gemma tables, featuring three base styles and supports informal work with options such as power integration and a height adjustable mechanism. The totem bases are a modern interpretation of traditional shaker boxes.

GEMMA STITCH

The collection is rounded out by Gemma Stitch, a softly architectural upholstered piece and comfortable companion for informal collaborative spaces.
